Terms of sale

1. Research use

Glow Stack 70mg is sold as a research material for laboratory and in-vitro use. It is not a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic and is not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are buying for laboratory research. We may cancel and refund any order where we reasonably believe the product is intended for another purpose.

2. No advice

Information on this site describes the material we supply and its documentation. We do not give advice on preparation, administration or use, and nothing on the site should be read as such.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you pay is the price shown in your cart at checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure hosted checkout. An order is accepted when payment is approved.

4. Standing orders

A standing order is a request for us to send the same pack at the interval you choose. Before each delivery we email an invoice; each delivery is a separate purchase made when you pay that invoice. No payment is taken automatically. You can skip, change or cancel at any time by replying to any of our emails. We hold your standing-order price while it runs and will give at least 30 days' notice of any change.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Australian addresses only. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Our refund and returns policy forms part of these terms.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any other loss is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

8. Accuracy

We work to keep product information, prices and stock levels accurate. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
